What does it cost?

Every venue is different, so we tailor a plan to your size, goals, and which services you need. We'll walk you through options and pricing on your discovery call — no pressure, no obligation.

Am I locked into a long contract?

No. We ask for an initial 90 days so the system has time to work, then it's month-to-month. You can pause or stop with notice.

Do you replace my events or sales team?

No — we make them stronger. We can train your event sales manager and set up your systems, then handle the outreach, follow-up, and campaigns so your team can focus on hosting and closing.

What if I already have someone doing marketing?

Perfect. We focus specifically on private events — the program, the sales process, and the bookings — and work alongside your existing marketing, not over it. And if you'd like us to take on your email and digital marketing too, that's a service we offer.

How soon will I see results?

Reactivating your past guest list often produces inquiries in the first few weeks. Planner relationships build over the first 1–3 months. We report on progress every month.
